Shipping and Returns Policy

Packing & Delivery
All print items larger than A3 size are protected with a separation sheet, rolled up and inserted/sealed in a PE sleeve and securely packed for shipping in sealed cardboard tubes. Prints in A4 & A3 sizes are shipped flat, unrolled, in large envelopes complete with hard backing. Combined shipment of any order with prints larger than A3 size will be in tubes. We send all packages via registered airmail - a signed for service which also includes a standard nominal compensation for non-delivery, applicable to specific countries (which has a reciprocal postal agreement) only. Insurance is optional. Items shipped without insurance will be at the owner's own risk and we will not be responsible for any loss.

Delivery Lead Time
A confirmation email to inform about the latest delivery times forecasted by the Post office, will be sent after an order has been posted. The guide is shown in the table below.

Returns
Items sold are not refundable. On a case by case basis, we may allow items to be returned and exchanged for items of equal or lower value. The items must be returned in its original packing. Shipping costs for the return and re-shipment will be borne by the customer unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.

Delivery Cost

Import duties & Taxes
When ordering Products for delivery outside Singapore, you may be subject to import duties and taxes at your specified destination. You are responsible for such import duties and taxes or customs clearance charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact the local cutoms office in the country where the Products are to be received for information if you are unsure.

Please note that when purchasing Products from us, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the Products are to be received.
