Our services and products presented in the Site are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. When you visit the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in effect at the time of your visit. Please read them carefully.

Copyright
(a) All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and data compilations, are the property of Fineprintz Pte Ltd, its affiliates, participating artists or content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws.
(b) The Site, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the Site; in particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract for re-utilization any substantial parts of the Site, without our prior written consent. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of the Site (e.g. our prices and product listings) without our prior written consent.
- Site access
(a) We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and make personal use of the Site as our customer. However, you are not permitted to download (other than page caching) or modify the Site or its contents, or any portion thereof, without our prior written consent.
(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. - No misuse of the Site
(a) You must not use the Site in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Site or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
(b) You are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site to submit, transmit, or otherwise make available in any manner, including, but not limited to, sending a message card in conjunction with an order, any content (i) that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, hateful, threatening,
abusive, defamatory, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is otherwise objectionable,
(ii) that infringes the intellectual property rights of any party, (iii) which contains a chain letter or constitutes any form of mass mailing, or (iv) which consists of or contains software viruses or harmful content.
- Reviews, comments and questions
(a) Visitors may send reviews, comments, and other communications, and submit suggestions, ideas, or questions, to artprintsasia . By submitting content to the Site, you automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and licence to use the content in any manner that we deem appropriate, in our sole and exclusive discretion.
(b) You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims arising out of or relating to any content that you submit to the Site.
- Contract of purchase
(a) When you place an order to purchase a product from the Site, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which can be accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that the order is being processed for delivery.
(b) All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Accordingly the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
(c) When ordering goods for delivery outside Singapore you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
(d) While any endeavour is made to deliver products within the estimated time for shipment, we do not take responsibility for any delay in shipment. Accordingly, time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.
(e) If the products are defective or damaged on delivery, please notify us in writing within three (3) days of receipt with a description of the defect or damage along with a picture of the damage. We reserve the right at our option to refund the purchase price paid or to replace the product with a conforming product.
- Disclaimer
(a) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We warrant that the products provided on the site will confirm substantially to the corresponding descriptions on the site when ordered. Except for the warranty in the immediately preceding sentence, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials or products included on the site, and you expressly agree that your use of the Site is otherwise at your sole risk. Your sole remedy for breach of the warranty contained in this paragraph is to RETURN FOR REFUND or, if available, a conforming replacement.
(b) To the fullest extent permissable by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, system integration, data accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant the the Site, its servers, or e-mail sent from the Site are free of viruses or other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
- Modification and severability
We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, policies, and this Terms of Use at any time and in our sole discretion. Your continued use of the site after we make any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If any of the terms or conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
